SPITZKE is hiring a Track Construction Site Manager or Deputy Site Manager to lead and develop construction managers and foremen, manage construction sites and staffing resources, and ensure quality-, schedule-, and cost-compliant execution of track and civil engineering projects. The role coordinates site management, technical management, on-site personnel, clients, and authorities; resolves conflicts; and improves processes and standards. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or technician’s/master’s training, experience in track construction, knowledge of railway construction, VOB, and relevant railway standards, a class B driving license, and strong communication and organizational skills.
