Description
The Construction Administrator oversees construction-administration activities, monitors compliance with construction documents, manages procedures, budgets, change orders, test reports, punch lists, and post-construction services. The role can work independently with minimal supervision and may involve client outreach and community-service activities. It requires a high school diploma or GED, advanced construction certifications, and either an associate degree or equivalent plus 4–6 years of experience or a bachelor's degree in Construction Management; compensation is estimated at $30.00 to $36.00 per hour.
