Description
The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of large-scale commercial, industrial, multifamily, or institutional construction projects, typically valued at $20M or more. The role manages schedules, budgets, procurement, design and permitting, submittals, RFIs, change orders, project financials, safety, quality, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and project closeout, while mentoring project staff and maintaining client relationships. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, at least 8 years of progressive construction project management experience, and expertise in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, construction contracts, building codes, permitting, LEED practices, and BIM/VDC workflows. The salary is $150,000–$220,000, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
