Description
Elgin is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to act as the Client / Employer’s Representative for utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and co-located PV/BESS projects. The role leads multidisciplinary project teams from late-stage development or FID through construction, commissioning, commercial operations, and handover, while managing project finance, lender and investor reporting, EPC and ICP contracts, project controls, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates need a relevant degree, extensive infrastructure or renewable-energy project experience, direct project-finance and FIDIC contract administration experience, strong commercial and financial acumen, and knowledge of utility-scale solar, BESS, grid connection, and route-to-market interfaces.
