The role oversees base building projects from legal and executive perspectives, including regulatory and compliance management, site inspections, stakeholder and client management, contract and budget/schedule control, risk and issue management, project closeout, and team leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least seven years of relevant experience, including supervising people and resources. The position follows a hybrid model with three days in the office and offers a base salary of $93,200 to $139,200.
