Description
The role manages and supervises demanding structural and civil engineering construction projects, overseeing technical, schedule, quality, and cost aspects at the construction site. Responsibilities include subcontractor negotiation and coordination, client consulting, construction meetings, performance reporting, and invoicing. The position requires a degree in construction engineering or comparable knowledge, extensive professional experience, strong organizational and communication skills, negotiation ability, people-management competence, and knowledge of construction-specific IT applications; ARRIBA/iTWO experience is advantageous.
