Description

MDC Homes is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Production Manager to oversee custom home projects from inception to completion. The role involves providing material takeoffs, managing project teams, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high-quality standards, performing quality control, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. This full-time in-person position requires strong residential construction knowledge, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage subcontractor databases.
