The role owns program packages, coordinates Engineering, Operations, Security, vendor, and other internal teams, manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, safety, compliance, and vendor performance, and drives standardized delivery practices. It is based in South Bend/Mishawaka, Indiana, with relocation assistance and a requirement to live within 50 miles of the work location. The position requires a bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field plus 12+ years of related experience or equivalent experience, and offers a typical U.S. base pay range of USD 130,900 to USD 277,200 per year.
