Description
Microsoft is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager for the Cologne Metro to support datacenter construction projects in the NRW region of Germany. The role leads data center construction, integration, and fit-out activities; manages budgets, project controls, change orders, vendor and contractor performance, safety, security, schedules, and costs; and coordinates with engineering, operations, legal, project controls, and other stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field with related experience, or equivalent experience, is required, while significant data center project experience is preferred. The typical base pay range is €92,800 to €176,200 per year, and applications are accepted until the position is filled.
