Description
Oneida General Mechanical Corporation is hiring a full-time Senior Construction Project Manager in East Central Florida to lead construction projects from proposal through completion. The role manages schedules, budgets, scope, quality, safety, risk, contracts, change orders, submittals, invoicing, regulatory compliance, and project teams, with on-site work at project locations and periodic travel. Candidates need at least ten years of construction project management experience, federal client experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or construction management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Primavera. Compensation is $130,000–$160,000 annually plus benefits.
