Group PMX is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects in Richmond, Virginia. The role oversees project budgets, schedules, procurement, teams, stakeholders, risks, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and coordination through commissioning and turnover. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of construction project management experience, and direct experience with Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, R&D, or healthcare construction projects. The position is onsite five days per week and pays $150,000–$170,000.
