Stelumar Advanced Manufacturing Inc. is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Stelumar Communities department in Etobicoke and Mississauga, Ontario. The role leads multiple concurrent residential and commercial construction projects from estimating and preconstruction through contract administration, construction, quality control, cost tracking, and handover. It requires 10+ years of progressive construction project leadership experience, including mentoring project staff, plus expertise in prefabricated construction, Ontario building and safety requirements, procurement, permitting, subcontract administration, and project controls. The position is full-time and permanent, with travel to job sites as needed.
