Description
CloudHQ is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multiple $300+ million data center construction projects. The role oversees project success across safety, schedule, scope, budget, quality, risk, cost, and delivery; manages general contractors, direct contractors, consultants, and project teams; coordinates with design and facilities operations; develops sourcing and contract plans; and leads project reporting and change management. The position is primarily on-site in Ashburn, Virginia, with periodic travel, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of general or specialty construction project management experience, and 10+ years in data center or similar mission-critical facilities construction.
