Description
The Senior Project Manager manages client and facility projects and tenant improvement consulting services, including profitability and cost control, owner contracts, budgets, schedules, change orders, RFPs, estimates, reporting, and project closeout. The role also supports marketing and new-business development, oversees assistant project managers, and may require travel up to 20% of the time. A bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 15 years of experience, primarily on the owner's side, and proficiency with construction-management software.
