Description
The Senior Construction Project Manager provides senior-level leadership to project teams, defines project objectives and strategies, manages owner contracts, costs, schedules, change orders, reporting, and project closeout, and supports client relationships, marketing, and new-business development. The role also oversees assistant project managers and provides training to project field staff. It requires extensive experience in large, complex facility construction, strong knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and procurement, proficiency with construction scheduling and project-management software, and a valid driver's license.
