Project Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Representative to support a USACE Kentucky Lock Addition Civil Works Mega Project in Grand Rivers, Kentucky. The role performs on-site construction inspections, reviews contractor reports and quality-control documentation, verifies materials and workmanship, monitors compliance with USACE, OSHA, and EM 385-1-1 requirements, prepares quality assurance reports, maintains project records, supports progress and payment evaluations, and mentors junior staff. The position requires at least 15 years of construction experience, OSHA 30-hour training, and a preferred bachelor's degree in a relevant field; it is contingent on project award and includes night-shift work with flexible arrangements and medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
