The role independently manages and supervises renovation, modernization, conversion, and remedial maintenance projects for existing residential, office, and commercial buildings. Responsibilities include coordinating trades and subcontractors, conducting building surveys, managing schedules, costs, quality, safety, and environmental compliance, resolving technical challenges, and supporting handovers. The position requires a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification, several years of construction-supervision experience, knowledge of existing buildings and VOB, strong technical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and construction software.
