Description
Ascent is seeking an experienced hands-on consultant to lead an initial pilot introducing an AI-driven operations/SRE agent that automates incident detection, investigation, and response for a business-critical enterprise application. The role is largely independent, embedded with product teams, and focused on guiding adoption of a reusable, self-service capability. The consultant will drive the initiative from first principles to a working solution, requiring expertise in cloud platforms, observability, AI/LLM integration, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, service management, API-first architectures, and stakeholder management.
