Accela is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Professional Services team to lead end-to-end implementations of the ePermitHub Digital Plan Room for government agencies using the Accela Civic Platform. The role covers discovery, solution design, configuration, EMSE scripting, testing, training, go-live, production escalation, customer advisory, and mentorship, while owning multiple concurrent implementations and improving scalable delivery practices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of Civic Platform configuration experience, strong JavaScript and SQL skills, and knowledge of REST integrations, cloud infrastructure, and government permitting processes. It is a full-time remote role with up to 25% travel, offering an annual base salary of $130,000–$145,000 plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
