Baker Tilly is looking for a Senior Consultant to join their Transaction Services practice within Financial Advisory. The role involves providing due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients, interacting with partners, conducting data gathering and financial analysis, and communicating with clients to deliver excellent service. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably with a CPA designation, and at least three years of experience in a professional services firm, with a preference for those who have worked in transaction services.
