Capco is hiring a Senior Consultant to support large-scale change initiatives for global investment banks and financial services clients in the Securities Services domain. The role covers fund administration, transfer agency, and client servicing transformation projects, including requirements gathering, process and technology alignment, operational and financial analysis, and quantitative and qualitative analyses for operating model, regulatory, and transformation initiatives. Candidates need at least six years of consulting or business analysis/project management experience in financial services, proven end-to-end project delivery experience in fund administration, transfer agency, or securities lending, and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
