CMap is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead complex client engagements from scoping through delivery, act as a trusted voice for clients including C-suite stakeholders, bring business context to engagements, contribute to consulting best practice, and support less experienced colleagues. The role requires at least five years of professional consulting experience, experience managing senior or global client relationships, strong communication skills, and a working understanding of how AI and technology are reshaping professional services. The position is hybrid, with three days in the Manchester city-centre office and two days at home, and includes private medical and dental insurance, life assurance, parental leave, and other employee benefits.
