EITCO is hiring a Senior Consultant to support social insurance institutions in digitizing and modernizing professional and administrative processes. The role covers process analysis, solution development, requirement capture, project management, stakeholder coordination, workshops, knowledge transfer, and implementation support. It requires strong communication, customer orientation, independent problem-solving, German language skills, and willingness to travel and work on site; experience in social insurance, public administration, ECM/DMS, FOM, or OM is desirable. The position offers flexible on-site or mobile-work arrangements in Berlin, Bonn, or Essen, with additional corporate benefits.
