Microsoft Consulting Services is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead enterprise AI and agent development for customers. The role covers architecture design, implementation, and operations of solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, RAG, and related technologies. Responsibilities include building custom agents, developing plugins and connectors, designing data and analytics foundations, supporting customer work-style transformation, leading end-to-end projects, managing technical risks, and contributing to knowledge sharing. Candidates need a computer science degree or equivalent practical experience, relevant higher education, at least six years of Microsoft AI consulting experience, complex project delivery experience, consulting business experience, and Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
