Sia is hiring an experienced Senior Consultant to support digital strategy, marketing excellence, digital transformation, and customer experience projects for major clients. The role involves contributing to and managing client project execution, participating in cross-selling and knowledge-sharing activities, and preparing materials for business development. Candidates need a master’s degree, at least four years of consulting experience, experience with large-scale digital transformation projects, and strong English and Dutch skills; the position can be performed from home, a client site, or Sia’s Amsterdam office, and does not provide a work permit.
