Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Consultant for its Programme Advisory division to deliver change and transformation programmes across the public and private sectors. The role involves developing business change strategies, stakeholder mapping, impact and readiness assessments, workshops, delivery plans, risk and issue management, client reporting, bid contributions, and internal transformation methodology development. Candidates should have practitioner-level experience in business change, operating model design, programme and project management, stakeholder management, organisational design, and client relationship development, with consulting experience preferred. The role requires on-site presence two to three days per week and may include SOX control responsibilities.
