West Monroe is hiring a Senior Consultant for its CFO Advisory team within the Operations Excellence practice. The role manages ERP transformation workstreams, supports finance and accounting implementations, leads cutover activities, coordinates testing and issue resolution, translates business requirements into system needs, manages project plans and risks, and coaches junior team members. Candidates need at least three years of consulting, ERP implementation, finance transformation, or related experience, along with functional ERP knowledge and cross-functional stakeholder experience. The role requires permanent work in the United States without sponsorship and 25–50% travel.
