Torq is hiring Senior Consultants to lead workstreams and major components of complex digital transformation, technology delivery, business operations, and enterprise program initiatives. The role involves defining requirements, managing stakeholders and risks, creating roadmaps and implementation plans, translating technical information for executives, tracking KPIs, supporting business development, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates should have at least five years of consulting or client-facing technology experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with software delivery, cloud, CRM, ERP, data, analytics, or related technology initiatives. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $135,000, health, vision, and dental benefits, unlimited PTO, and no visa sponsorship.
