Senior Consultant for Digital Public Administration Projects – Migration and Internal Affairs (all genders) at ]init[ AG

The Senior Consultant will advise public administration clients on IT and digitalization initiatives, especially in Migration & Internal Affairs and internal security. The role covers analysis of subject-matter, organizational, and process issues; development of target visions and recommendations; facilitation of workshops and stakeholder coordination; structuring requirements; and supporting implementation through design, piloting, testing, and go-live. The position is available full-time or part-time, remotely or in the office, and requires relevant public-sector consulting experience, strong German and English skills, and ideally a completed degree.
