Description
The Senior Consultant Health will lead and support digitalization and IT transformation projects for hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. The role covers strategic and operational consulting, requirements analysis, process design, ERP and system-integration solutions, implementation support, testing, change management, handover, pre-sales, proposals, and stakeholder management. It requires a university degree, several years of consulting or IT/digitalization project experience, ERP and integration knowledge, and strong German and English skills. The position is based in Bern or Winterthur with Swiss-wide assignments, offers 80–100% workload, and allows hybrid work.
