Description
The Senior Consultant – HR Advisory is a client-facing consulting role advising organizations on talent acquisition strategy, service design, operating model optimization, and technology enablement. The consultant leads discovery, assessment, solution design, research, analysis, and executive decision support; develops current- and future-state models, roadmaps, and deliverables; and advises on HRIS, ATS, CRM, AI, automation, and experience platforms. The role requires 6+ years of relevant consulting or HR advisory experience, a bachelor’s degree, client-facing engagement experience, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Pay is $50–$90 per hour depending on experience.
