Description
The Senior Consultant, Equity Administration & Financial Reconciliation is a hands-on individual-contributor role in insightsoftware’s Professional Services organization. The consultant reconciles ASC 718 stock compensation expense, corporate and deferred tax, disclosures, diluted EPS, participant- and grant-level equity balances, lifecycle events, and transaction history between legacy equity platforms and the NextGen platform. The role develops comparison reports, analyzes discrepancies, documents resolution steps, partners with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and mentors junior contributors. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least five years of financial accounting experience focused on equity compensation and reconciliation, and proficiency with Excel, SQL, reporting, and data migration. The position may require occasional travel to customer sites and offers a United States base salary of 88,000.00 to 111,000.00 USD annually.
