The consulting firm is hiring a Senior Consultant for Lean Construction and Construction Processes in Cologne. The role involves introducing and implementing Lean Construction methods such as the Last Planner System and cycle planning, advising clients and construction companies, designing workshops and training sessions, supporting integrated project delivery, and analyzing construction schedules and process flows. Candidates need a relevant engineering or architecture degree, several years of construction project execution experience, at least two years of Lean Construction or Lean Management experience, workshop-facilitation experience, strong analytical skills, willingness to travel throughout Germany, and very good German skills.
