Leap Partners is hiring a Senior Consultant or Manager to lead strategic transformation and growth projects for international clients. The role involves managing workstreams, conducting strategic analyses, developing recommendations, presenting results, supporting client relationships and proposals, and mentoring consultants. Candidates need 3–7 years of strategy or management consulting experience, functional expertise in strategy, marketing, transformation, or innovation, proven leadership and proposal skills, a master’s degree or MBA, strong presentation and communication abilities, and fluent German and English.
