Arineo is hiring a Senior Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service to analyze customer service processes, design functional solutions, configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse, Flows, and related integrations, moderate workshops, support implementations and go-lives, and explore AI, Copilot, and automation. The role requires at least five years of functional consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, strong customer service and integration knowledge, and very good German with good English. It can be performed from one of the listed German cities or from home office, with approximately 20 percent travel, and offers a salary from €70,000.
