KPMG is hiring a Senior Process Mining Consultant for its Digital Process Excellence team to support clients in conducting process mining analyses, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, developing improvement proposals, coaching consultants, and positioning process mining within clients’ digital strategies. The role also offers development in RPA, low-code, and generative AI, with responsibilities bridging business and IT. Candidates need a master’s degree, at least three years of process mining and relevant IT consulting or project-based experience, knowledge of process mining tools and ERP/CRM integration, Dutch fluency, and an affinity with process improvement and (generative) AI. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,965–€5,050, hybrid work, vacation days, and other benefits.
