Description
Deloitte is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Major Programs team to lead complex organizational transformations and large-scale change programs. The role involves translating strategy into implementation, planning projects and roadmaps, managing dependencies and risks, facilitating workshops, monitoring program value, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and partners. The consultant will also coach junior colleagues and contribute to strategic advisory, program delivery, and automation initiatives. The position requires a university degree, 4–5 years of relevant portfolio, program, or project management experience, leadership and coaching experience, relevant certifications, experience in multidisciplinary dynamic project environments, and excellent Dutch and English skills. The start date is 1 September 2026.
