Roland Berger is hiring a Senior Consultant / Project Manager for its Amsterdam office to lead modules in larger energy transition projects and manage smaller projects, typically with three to five consultants. The role involves coaching consultants, direct client contact, presentations, collaboration with industry experts, knowledge development, and participation in office-wide projects. Candidates need a university education, four to seven years of strategy or management consulting or strategic/operational experience, prior energy involvement, analytical and presentation skills, experience managing others, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and English.
