Roland Berger is seeking an Investor Support professional for its Transaction & Investor Services platform. The role supports and advises financial and strategic investors throughout the investment cycle, including commercial due diligence, synergy assessment, 100-day programs, performance improvement projects, and exit strategies. Candidates should have a relevant degree, strong business administration and numerical skills, several years of experience in private equity, M&A, performance improvement, or commercial due diligence, analytical and strategic thinking, interest in AI-based solutions, international experience, and strong German and English skills.
