Roland Berger is hiring a Senior Consultant / Project Manager for its Amsterdam office to lead modules and manage smaller projects in transaction and investor services. The role involves commercial due diligence for M&A deals, value-creation programs for portfolio companies, client presentations, project coaching, and participation in office-wide studies. Candidates need a university education, four to seven years of strategy or management consulting or strategic/operational experience, more than 15 commercial due diligence projects, analytical and presentation skills, and experience managing junior team members.
