Senior Consultant, Red Team Operator, Offensive Security at Kroll

Kroll is hiring a Senior Consultant / L3 Red Team Operator to deliver offensive security engagements for clients, including red team, purple team, assumed-breach, adversary emulation, and threat intelligence-led penetration testing. The role involves planning and executing attack paths across enterprise networks, identity platforms, cloud environments, endpoints, and social engineering scenarios; developing offensive tooling; validating detections; producing remediation recommendations; and mentoring junior consultants. Candidates need at least five years of offensive cybersecurity experience, strong Windows and Active Directory expertise, social engineering and command-and-control experience, scripting or programming knowledge, and experience with reconnaissance, attack-path development, and objective-based testing. The position is remote and offers CAD $110,000 to $140,000 in salary plus healthcare, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
