Description
Veeva Systems is hiring a remote, full-time permanent implementation and post-implementation consultant for its Vault CRM product. The role partners with life sciences customers, leads process-discovery workshops, develops application expertise, plans and executes application builds, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, identifies interdependencies, creates project standards, and mentors junior team members. It requires 7+ years of consulting or equivalent experience, strong presentation and solution-design skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior executives; implementation travel may be up to 25%, while post-implementation is non-travel.
