OCTO is hiring a Tech Lead to work within its Software Engineer Workshop, combining consulting, agile application delivery, and R&D. The role involves scoping and building software, applying Gen AI and software craftsmanship practices, participating in technology research, and mentoring colleagues. Candidates should have technical expertise in Gen AI, software craftsmanship, and at least one of Java, Python, React, Angular, or Vue, along with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. The position is based in Opéra with assignments mainly in Paris and Île-de-France, requires C1 French, and follows a hybrid policy of on-site work two to three days per week.
