BME Strategies is seeking a full-time Senior Consultant, Training Strategy Lead to drive the training strategy and implementation for Metrik, a statewide Salesforce-based technology modernization initiative supporting local and regional public health agencies across Massachusetts. The role is remote-first with East Coast preference, requires designing scalable, role-based training programs, coordinating content development and rollout activities, and partnering closely with change management, development, and stakeholder teams. The position requires at least 6 years of relevant experience, 5 years of client-facing experience, a master’s degree in a related field, and offers a salary of $87,360 to $120,640 plus benefits; visa sponsorship is not available.
