Analysys Mason is seeking a Senior Consultant Transaction Advisory to join their team in Munich, Frankfurt, or London. The successful candidate will manage projects for private equity clients, ensuring smooth execution, monitoring team performance, and delivering high-quality outputs. This role involves developing growth strategies, identifying investment opportunities, building market models, conducting primary and secondary research, supporting acquisition efforts, and mentoring interns and analysts. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree, four or more years of experience as a consultant, particularly in M&A and strategy, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. They should also be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in German and English.
