The role covers requirements gathering, design, configuration, support, testing, knowledge transfer, and user training, with the consultant acting as a bridge between clients, business users, stakeholders, and implementation teams. The position requires Workday implementation experience and Workday implementation/PRO certification in HCM Core and Compensation; Time Tracking and Absence are preferred.
