Description
The Senior Consultative Pharmacist provides complex medication therapy consultation to patients, pharmacies, and providers; educates members about prescription and over-the-counter medications; resolves prior authorization, formulary, and medication-access issues; and documents interactions for continuity of care and regulatory compliance. The role is remote, requires a bachelor's degree and an active pharmacy license, and offers 40 scheduled weekly hours with a starting base pay of $115,200 to $158,400 per year.
