ClickHouse is hiring a Senior Consulting Engineer to provide consultative support, project engineering, architecture, migration, and L1–L3 support for enterprise customers. The role is based in Japan with unrestricted work location, requires travel to Tokyo, and includes on-call coverage and up to approximately 35% regional travel. Candidates need at least five years of professional services, support, technical account management, engineering/SRE, or project management experience, plus five years of experience implementing, operating, or supporting scalable distributed database management systems, along with broad knowledge of databases, cloud platforms, distributed systems, Linux, Kubernetes, and big data.
