Description
Ziina is hiring a Senior Content Designer to establish and own its product voice and content systems. The role covers in-product copy, onboarding, transactional and lifecycle communications, support content, web copy, brand and marketing messaging, and AI-assisted content workflows. The designer will partner with Product and Design teams in Figma, define terminology and voice guidelines, use usability and conversion data to improve content, and work in a fast-scaling fintech environment. The position requires at least four years of relevant experience, a portfolio, and is based in or open to relocation to the UAE.
