Diligent is hiring a Technical Writer/Content Engineer to lead documentation strategy and execution for complex SaaS product areas. The role owns information architecture, content models, structured authoring, documentation standards, AI-ready content, automated publishing and quality workflows, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Support, Customer Success, and other teams. Candidates should have 7–10 years of experience in technical writing, content engineering, or product documentation, along with expertise in Docs-as-Code, Git/GitHub, structured authoring, XML/DITA, CI/CD, and AI/LLM workflows. The position follows a hybrid model requiring onsite work at least 50% of the time at a Diligent office location.
